When life gets in the way.  Whether it’s business, travel, or lifestyle, you easily lose momentum and find it hard to get back on track.

With nutrition. You like eating out and you’re usually on the move. You don’t prepare food and often buy it on the go. After a long day’s work, you go for the easy option.

When you’re in the wrong environment. There’s junk-food in the house, and you’re spending time with the wrong people.

With dicipline. You know when you shouldn’t have that snack, but have it anyway. You know when you should go to the gym but find a reason not to go.
