Instructor was very informational and I as a Vegetarian have always said “I would never be a Vegan” and after this, I realized there is a lot more things I can eat that does not require eggs or cheese, where I was getting my other protein from. So this convinced me, I CAN DO IT!!!

This course inspired me and motivated me to go further. I already work out 3 days a week with a trainer. I have been Vegetarian 3 years. I already cook all my meals and will eat out only once a week at a restaurant. I don’t call it a cheat meal because I look for Vegan/Vegetarian places to eat, but I get it is cheat as I don’t know what ingredients are used in the cooking process.

Unlike me going vegetarian (I woke up one morning and said I am Vegetarian today) and never looked back, I am going to become Vegan slower due to the fact that I still have foods in the house that I need to consume and use up so they don’t go to waste. But this Saturday, April 7th, when I go shopping for my usual, my basket will have more of the foods Instructor recommended, than what I normally buy for my proteins.

Two things I do wish Instructor did, but not detrimental at all to his process, would be to add PDF Files to the slides for his explanations. Also to have a conversion for the USA on his videos when he is stating 500g of black bean pasta as an ingredient. I’d have to look up how to convert that to something I understand like cups, etcetera. But again, it is more my lazy way of not writing or converting for my convenience. I did pause most videos and write everything down so now I have it.

Great course content,

I’ve never really been able to conceptualize that vegan bodybuilding is practical. Breaking it down, it seems just as manageable as eating meat or animal products. I’m a vegetarian personally, but I really like the vegan content.

Most everything is very well explained. If you’re like me and use overintellectualizing as an excuse to avoid having a proper diet or working out, the instructor gives a great heave of info to counteract that. One suggestion I could make is if there were some external resources for more info on aspects of vegan bodybuilding, benefits of animal welfare, sites for recipes, or rather just some of the author’s favorite go-to’s.
