It all starts with a complimentary peak-performance consultation.  Consultations are designed to help you get clear on whats stopping you from performing at your best, and what life could be like if you get this area sorted. If we both feel that you’ll benefit from my support, then I’ll offer you a coaching programme.

This programme is designed to set you up with everything that you need for long term success from day one. The programme includes:

  • A one to one coaching session where we go through every aspect of your lifestyle and set you up with a personalised plan of action for the achievement of your goals. We get crystal clear on exactly what needs to happen for you to achieve long-term success.
  • Access to all of my courses.
  • Permanent access to a private accountability Facebook group, exclusive to Vegan Body Plan members.

HOW IT WORKS

The minimum programme length is 3 months. This is NOT a “transformation” that ends in 90 days, but 3 months of strategy and accountability to set you up for LONG-TERM and LASTING success. The focus is on habit formation and optimising your mindset, nutrition and training. Results come as a by-product of this.

 

  • During the initial session, we go through every aspect of your lifestyle  and set you up with a personalised plan of action for the achievement of your peak-performance goal. We get clear on what works for you and what doesn’t based on your preferences, lifestyle and experience to date. We uncover exactly what needs to happen for you to achieve long-term success, and then create a plan of action to make it happen.
  • Ongoing sessions providing invaluable accountability, support, and feedback to ensure that you’re always on track to achieve your goals. I congratulate you when you’re doing well, and deliver tough love when your not following through on actions as agreed.

One of the most valuable aspects of ongoing support is having guidance outside of the gym.  Many of my clients have invested in workout programmes and personal training in the past, but struggled with a lack of lifestyle and nutrition accountability.  It’s what happens outside the gym that counts. As an Entrepreneur, there are always events that can throw you off course, so being able to navigate these whilst being held accountable to staying on track is gold.
